The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Endangered Person Lawan Gibson-Justice. Lawan was reported from his residence 46XX Roosevelt Boulevard the PATH group home. Lawan suffers from depressive disorder, and has the mental capacity of a 12 year old. He frequents the Olney and Logan section of the city.
Lawan is 19 years old, 6’1″, 170lbs, thin build, with brown eyes, and black short hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black jeans.
