The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Jewel Fearrington who resides on the 5300 block of West Oxford Street. Jewel was last seen on Monday, May 4, 2015; Jewel suffers from Bipolar disorder and Schizophrenia and requires medication. Jewel has been reported missing in the past; she maybe in the vicinity of 33rd and Mellon Streets.
Jewel is 66 years old, 5’4″, 220lbs, medium brown complexion, with brown eyes, and brown/gray hair. She was last seen wearing dark gray pants and a black coat.
