On Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at approximately 8:30 PM, the complainant, 72 year old Shirley Refile was last seen at her residence on the 4700 block of N. 13th Street. Shirley suffers from dementia and the early signs of Alzheimer’s disease.
Shirley is 5’4”, 200lbs, with a stocky build, brown eyes, light complexion, and short hair (partially gray); last seen wearing a pink shirt, pink sweater, blue jeans, and black sandals. Shirley is known to frequent the area surrounding 19th Street and Susquehanna Avenue as well as 15th and Catharine Streets; she is known to be comfortable taking public transportation.
