On Thursday, June 11, 2015, at approximately 9:00 AM, the complainant, 70 year old Rudolph Moran was last seen by his family at his residence on the 5300 block of Large Street.
Rudolph is 5’8”, 130lbs, with a thin build, hazel eyes, short white / gray hair, and walks with a limp; last seen wearing a white short-sleeve button down shirt, brown khaki pants and black dress shoes.
Rudolph is known to frequent the area of Wayne Junction Station located at 4400 Germantown Avenue as well as Market East Station located at 1100 Market Street.
