On Monday, April 27, 2015, at approximately 8:00 PM, the complainant, 13 year old Joshua Balderman was last seen at his residence on the 5100 block of Mebus Street. It is believed that Joshua left home after having an argument with a family member.
Joshua is 6’2”, 200 lbs, with a stocky build, brown eyes, and short black hair; last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and blue “Dickies” pants. Joshua suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome, requiring medication; he attends Universal Creighton Charter School located at 5338 Claridge Street.
Joshua frequents the area of “F” Street and Whitaker Avenue, as well as the Hill Creek Apartments located at 500 Adams Avenue.
