The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile 13 year old Zakayah Winslow. Zakayah was reported missing on April 29th, 2015, at approximately 12:30 am, from her residence on the 1800 block of West Oxford Street. Zakayah was last seen by her mother on April 28th, at 6:30 pm, when she left to go to the park with her friends. Zakayah suffers from a cognitive deficiency and has not taken her medication.
Zakayah is 5’2”, 137 lbs, with brown eyes, and black shoulder length braided hair. She was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, dark purple jeans with a web print; tan Timberland Boots and a black Khimar and over garment. Zakayah may be in the area of 17th and Gratz Streets.
