On Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at approximately 9:30 AM, the complainant, 65 year old Lonnie Perry Sr., was at a relatives house on the 10000 block of Northeast Avenue. Lonnie then went to an appointment at Episcopal Hospital located at 101 East Lehigh Avenue at approximately 2:45 PM, and has not returned home to his residence on the 1300 block of W. Jefferson Street.
Lonnie is 5’11″, 213lbs, with a medium build, brown eyes light brown complexion, short salt/pepper hair; last seen wearing a gray long sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and a black CAM walker boot on his right foot/leg due to an amputated toes.
Lonnie suffers from dementia as well as a medical condition requiring medication; he is known to frequent the area around his residence as well as the area of 2200 Natrona Street.
