The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile 13 year old Kyle Kelly who resides on the 2900 block of West French Street. Kyle was last seen on Friday, March 27th, at Wayne Academy School, located at 5538 Wayne Avenue. Kyle who takes the “K” Septa Bus home from school has yet to return home.
Kyle is 5’4″, 100 lbs, with brown eyes, gold colored hair with a box haircut style; he wears braces, and was last seen wearing a blue collar shirt, and navy blue pants.
