The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile 15 year old Tiana Carlton who resides on the 1700 block of West Master Street. Tiana suffers with bipolar disorder and has not taken her medication. She had a verbal argument with her mother before she went missing on Wednesday, April 30, 2015, at approximately 3pm. Tiana’s mother stated she saw Tiana briefly in the area of 25th Street and Lehigh Avenue; however, she has not seen her since. Tiana has been reported missing in the past, and frequents the area of 58th Street and Whitby Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia.
Tiana is 5’5”, 120lbs, thin build, with brown eyes (scar over her left eye), and black short straight hair. She was last seen wearing green pants, a purple top, black coat, blue sneakers, and a black Khimar. She also had a black/red suit case, and two book bags (red & blue/white), in her possession.
