The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Leroy Hurling who resides on the 8500 block of Lindbergh Boulevard. Leroy was last seen on Friday, May 8, 2015, riding the Septa Market Frankford El. At that time Leroy boarded a westbound train towards 69th Street leaving his caretaker on the platform. Leroy is mentally disabled, and requires medication. Leroy has been reported missing in the past; he’s familiar with the Market Frankford Line and frequently rides the train for enjoyment.
Leroy is 48 years old, 6’0″, 220lbs, medium brown complexion, with brown eyes, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue CVS polo shirt, brown pants, gray sneakers and a black coat. He works at CVS at 19th and Chestnut Streets twice a week.
