The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Endangered Person Willie Banks. Willie was last seen on Sunday, April 5, 2015, leaving the Elwyn Behavioral Health Service Unity Villa located at 5219 Germantown Avenue where he resides. Willie is allowed to leave the facility; however, he is to check in every two hours. Willie suffers from schizophrenia and has not taken his medication. Willie has been previously reported missing in the past, but usually returns with 24hours.
Willie is 55 years old, 5’9″, and 170 lbs, with brown eyes, black hair, and a mustache with goatee. He was last seen wearing a black dress with either dots or floral print.
