The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public assistance in locating Missing Person Robert Wells. He was reported missing on Saturday, May 9th, 2015 from his residence at the 4900 block of Chestnut Street. Robert suffers from schizophrenia. He is known to frequent the area of Penn Station at 30th and Market Streets.
Robert is 41 years old, 5’9″, 180 lbs, with blue eyes and short cut blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a a pink and white striped shirt, green pants and brown boots.
