On Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at approximately 4:00 PM, the complainant, 37 year old Cindy Pierson left the Gardenzia Rehab Center located at 1300 Spring Garden Street, where she was court committed and has not returned. Cindy suffers from schizophrenia, and has a mild cognitive deficiency.
Cindy is 5’1”, 200lbs, with a stocky build, green eyes, and blonde shoulder length hair; last seen wearing blue jeans, and a black t-shirt. Cindy is known to frequent the area of 400 Roxborough Avenue as well as 600 Church Lane.
