On Friday, May 8, 2015, at approximately 2:30 AM, the complainant, 21 year old Wesley Aponte-Luiggi was believed to be in the area of 15th and Market Streets and was headed to the area of 100 W. Berks Steet; however, he never arrived at his destination. Wesley resides on the 7000 block of Algard Street.
Wesley has never been reported missing Wesley is 5’6″, 145lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, medium complexion, and short cropped brown hair; unknown clothing.
